The project area is located in Ulila borough, Elva municipality.
The aim of the proposal is to turn an unused lot into an industrial and business area, which would consider its environment and the existing situation as part of the solution. Doing that is supported by its location near the national highway, its short 15-minute driving distance from the city of Tartu and the fact that the area is part of a historically important industrial region.
One of the goals of the spatial plan is also to enliven and support the growth of Ulila borough by providing a suitable situation for entrepreneurship and potential new job opportunities.
