Designed observation tower is located in a nature reserve at the banks of Endla river in Kärde village of Jõgeva county.
The observation tower is designed on an existing foundation of the previous tower and its total height is 17,9 m. The design is considering the existing situation and the  surrounding environment. In addition, to provide a sustainable solution, the tower is projected to last for decades.
